Quick start

Allow about 20 minutes. You need access to your site’s DNS, your payment provider and your ad accounts.

1. Add your site

Sign in at app.pingadoapp.com and add your site’s domain. Pingado creates a site key, which appears in your snippet.

2. Add a tracking domain

In Settings → Install, add a tracking domain for each domain your site uses, such as p.yoursite.com. Create the CNAME record Pingado shows at your DNS provider. The status changes to Verified when the record is live.

3. Install the snippet

Copy the snippet from Settings → Install into the <head> of every page:

4. Connect your payment provider

In Settings → Integrations, connect your payment provider, then add the webhook and the success URL Pingado shows. Each provider has its own page:

5. Connect your ad platforms

In Settings → Integrations, connect each ad account you run ads from and pick the pixel Pingado loads on your site.

6. Choose your conversions

In Settings → Conversions, pick your business type (SaaS, digital products or lead generation) and adjust which conversions count. Then check Settings → Events Mapping to see what each platform receives.

7. Check it works

Follow Verify your setup to run a test visit and a test purchase.
